Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating production schedules, timelines, and resources across multiple active projects
Track project milestones and ensure stakeholders remain aligned throughout the production process
Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams, external vendors, partners, and clients
Ensure effective and timely communication to keep all parties informed and aligned
Assist with travel coordination, vendor bookings, onsite needs, and general production logistics
Support onsite execution during experiential activations as needed

Required

1 - 3+ years of experience in production, project management, operations, or a related field, ideally within entertainment, media, marketing, or experiential industries
A scrappy, team-first mindset; no task is too big or small
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities
Ability to travel for client meetings and onsite production needs
