Responsibilities

Lead daily operations across all restaurants, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand standards

Develop and implement scalable processes, operating procedures, and best practices

Partner with culinary, beverage, and service teams to maintain exceptional guest experiences

Monitor KPIs including labor, food & beverage costs, margins, and guest satisfaction

Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency

Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Lead, mentor, and develop regional leaders, general managers, and operations teams

Support new restaurant openings, concept launches, and market expansion initiatives

Ensure compliance with health, safety, labor, and regulatory standards

Manage vendor relationships, supply chains, and service-level performance

Required

10+ years in progressive hospitality or multi-unit operations leadership

Skilled in leading multi-location restaurant operations and new openings

Exceptional people leadership, communication, and change-management abilities

Hands-on, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments

Preferred

Bachelor's in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
