Responsibilities
Draft discovery responses using AI-assisted tools
Review and refine discovery drafts for accuracy and completeness
Communicate with law firm clients and their teams to gather discovery information
Work closely with QA and leadership to maintain quality standards
Manage multiple discovery matters and deadlines
Stay current on discovery procedures and best practices
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in a legal environment with exposure to discovery
Familiarity with civil litigation discovery (interrogatories, RFPs, RFAs)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Comfortable learning and working with new technology
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Fluent in Spanish
Preferred
Experience in Personal Injury law
Paralegal certification
