Meet company sales revenue goals and objectives
Consistent monitoring of agents’ sales calls in order to identify training needs and provide regular coaching
Ensure overall customer satisfaction and promote long-term relationship building and customer acquisition
Develop and encourage team building and employee career development through coaching mentoring and leadership
Work closely with both the Sales Manager and trainers in the development and
Implementation of effective sales scripts sales techniques and workflow processes
Ensure all company policies and procedures are consistently adhered to
Participate in New Agent Training by teaching classes and providing sales coaching
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of progressive management experience
Minimum 5 years of Sales experience
Proven strong organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated interpersonal skills
Works well under pressure
Results driven
Internal candidates must not be on any corrective actions
Preferred
Bachelor degree preferred
