Senior Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Workload Analyst (Hybrid)

TEEMA is seeking Senior Financial Analysts / Senior Financial Workload Analysts to support financial reporting, forecasting, and workload analysis for a large enterprise organization in North Phoenix. This hybrid role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and partnering with operations to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial and operational data to support business decision-making
Build and maintain workload, volume, and staffing models
Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
Perform trend, gap, and what-if analysis to evaluate business impacts
Develop metrics, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports for leadership
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles
Assist with budgeting, reforecasting, and staffing cost analysis
Prepare and review general ledger and journal entries in compliance with GAAP
Partner with Operations and Data teams to identify performance drivers and KPIs
Present findings and recommendations to finance and business leaders
Ensure documentation and reporting align with company policies and procedures

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
3–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, or forecasting
Strong understanding of GAAP
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ability to analyze large data sets and present insights clearly
Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
Must be local to Phoenix, AZ and able to work onsite for the first 3 months

Preferred

6+ years of financial or workload analysis experience
Experience with PeopleSoft
Knowledge of nVision and Query
Advanced Excel skills including macros or VBA
Experience with large-volume or enterprise data environments
Healthcare or highly regulated industry experience
