Work Order Coordinator I

TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Work Order Coordinator I. This position will manage client systems to ensure the timely and accurate creation, dissemination, and documentation of work orders against deadlines, supporting branch operations in addressing emergent issues.

Responsibilities

Receives, verifies, and disseminates work requests from customers
Manages work orders, enters labor, contract and materials charges against the work orders and closes work orders when complete
Maintains the integrity of the work order system data
Processes confidential information
Maintains a complex filing system
Prioritize work to successfully meet the needs of internal and external customers
Develop processes relative to the work control system
Other duties as assigned
Lead work order-based customer meetings

Qualification

Required

HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
Experience with customer service, sales and office administration necessary
0-2 years' experience with customer service, sales and office administration necessary
