Sr. Recruiting Manager

The Sr. Recruiting Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruiting, overseeing a global recruiting team, and implementing best practices in recruitment to meet the company's hiring needs.

Responsibilities
Primarily responsible for managing end to end recruiting within the company
Manage global recruiting team and monitor their performance so they meet the targets set
Job duties include understanding hiring needs, assigning job requirements, prioritizing, reviewing resumes, approving final submission, coordinating interviews, finalizing hires and getting resources onboard
Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
Build a quality relationship with the account managers, recruiting team, customers, line managers and external recruitment agencies
Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
Conducts job interviews for the job positions (or key jobs in the organization)
Attend networking and recruiting events as needed
Customer interaction and Client interfacing, as required
Qualification
Required
8 plus years of end-to-end recruiting management experience, preferably in the IT industry
Excellent experience managing global (offshore, onshore and nearshore) teams
Understanding of IT and Engineering job requirements
Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate and build relationships at all levels and to link business objectives with Recruiting Strategy
Strong conflict resolution skills and strong business strategic thinking
Customer service experience with demonstrated ability to effectively assess customer's needs, faster response and problem solving required
Demonstrated knowledge of co-employment practices and recruitment legalities
Proficiency of Microsoft Office, and applicant tracking
Understanding of standard HR policies and labor laws
Excellent experience with ATS tools like jobdiva
History of successful performance
Excellent interviewing, managerial, leadership and analytical skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills
Ability to consistently contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
Bachelors' degree or higher
Preferred
Good to have experience working for MSP accounts and also direct customers
Experience working with global teams preferred
