Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily artist schedules, including coordinating logistics for domestic and international activities
Facilitate communication and information flow between the Artist Operations team and other internal teams, including management, A&R, and marketing
Document processes, track key deliverables, and maintain organized records for all projects
Assist with various aspects of project management, from planning to execution, by following established procedures and communicating with stakeholders
Assist in creating a positive and productive environment for the artists
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of experience in a support or administrative role, preferably within the music industry or a similar entertainment field
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various teams and personalities
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
A basic understanding of the music business and industry practices
Preferred
A flexible and adaptable attitude, with the ability to handle unexpected changes
The ability to exercise good judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information
Familiarity with cultural sensitivity and global dynamics
Fluency in Japanese is a plus
