Responsibilities

Ensure PAR Solutions is doing the right things when it comes to delivering quality for our customer, adhering to our quality management systems, and ensuring that our processes create value for the organization and our customers

Drive continuous improvement on our regulated and non-regulated workflows, processes, and procedures

Apply a diverse range of quality assurance practices, driving meaningful improvements in processes and systems

Navigate complex challenges with confidence, ensuring that operations are efficient and aligned with the highest standards

Lead audits, support supplier quality programs, and conduct detailed compliance checks

Communicate technical information with precision through detailed reports, training sessions, or presentations

Develop innovative solutions to improve quality standards and address challenges head-on

Conduct internal and external auditing, supplier quality programs, and process documentation

Qualification

ISO 9001AS9100ISO 13485Quality EngineeringCommunicationOrganizational skills

Required

5+ years direct working knowledge and experience with ISO 9001, AS9100, or ISO 13485

Experience working within a very technical engineering driven and project base organization

Strong organizational skills

Strong communication skills

US Person

Preferred

A Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial/Quality Engineering or related concentration preferred. Experience in Quality may be considered in lieu of degree
