Responsibilities

Evaluate and present information regarding emissions from proposed processes and equipment in support of state and federal permit applications and regulatory compliance reports

Assist clients with sustainability reporting and achieving Environmental, Social, Governance

Perform engineering calculations, compile permit application documents, prepare compliance reports, meet and coordinate with clients to obtain and understand project information, communicate with regulatory personnel, and evaluate control technologies and emission reduction options for client facilities

Manage, schedule, and budget projects including proposal and report writing, perform engineering calculations, compile permit application documents, meet and coordinate with clients to obtain and understand project information, communicate with agency personnel, and evaluate control technologies for client facilities

Qualification

Required

B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Meteorology, or related fields

Experience with emission inventory calculations, air permit application preparation, and compliance reports

Experience in project management of air quality permitting and compliance projects

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

7+ years' consulting, compliance, industry or related experience

Knowledge of USEPA air quality regulations

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project)

Preferred

Dispersion modeling experience using AERMOD

Experience with MACT/BACT/LAER

Tier II, Form R, Hazardous waste regulatory and/or reporting
