Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar
Two or more years of general litigation practice
Excellent research and writing skills
Strong interpersonal skills that center clients' legal needs with empathy, compassion, and dedication
Good judgment, responsiveness, and perseverance
Intellectual curiosity and self-motivation
Preferred
Experience in general litigation, motion practice, and deposition work
Ability to manage multiple high-level cases with limited supervision
Judicial clerkship experience
