Overseeing the loan process from application to final approval and repayment
Hiring, training, and managing employees, including setting performance metrics and providing coaching

Resolving problems that arise during the lending process, such as payment issues
Optimizing resources, such as staffing, equipment, and technology, to meet operational targets
Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
