Responsibilities
Oversee the scope, schedule, and budget of highly complex engineered projects
Utilize project leadership skills and build strong credibility as you drive projects from initiation through closure
Lead a multi-disciplined team of engineers, technicians, and others through design, assembly, and testing
Incorporate technical experience along with historical data from disparate sources into project execution
Ensure joint success through effective communication, negotiation, and problem solving as the primary customer contact
Navigate contract compliance, change orders, and delivery for project success
Apply project learnings to enhance overall project execution and improve the accuracy of future project proposals
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other technical area preferred
7+ years of experience in an engineering or project manager role, preferably in a project based engineering organization
Knowledge of how large scale engineering projects are scheduled and executed
Proficiency with Microsoft office tools, with experience in MS Project preferred
Well-developed communication skills and the ability to maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with teams
Able to travel up to 20% of the time
