Responsibilities

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using NetSuite

Knowledge of EDI system

Prepare shipping documentation (including bills of lading) for domestic and international shipments

Update order and shipment records in spreadsheets and systems

Issue invoices for shipped products in a timely manner

Communicate with carriers and plant management to coordinate shipments and resolve issues

Verify shipment accuracy against load sheets and address any discrepancies

Respond professionally to customer inquiries and provide solutions using knowledge of company products and services

Review carrier invoices and communicate any discrepancies

Must be detailed orientated

Perform general office duties and support related administrative tasks as needed
