Responsibilities
Design and produce digital graphics and infographics using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Develop web-optimized visual assets aligned with Drupal components, including cards, accordions, and content blocks
Collaborate with content and project leadership to identify opportunities for visual storytelling and data visualization
Ensure all graphics comply with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and Section 508, including color contrast, text readability, and alternative text
Optimize images for web performance, responsiveness, and accessibility
Apply consistent visual hierarchy and layout standards aligned with approved design templates
Support QA activities by validating image placement, formatting, accessibility, and rendering across devices
Qualification
Required
Minimum three (3) years of professional experience in digital or web graphic design
Proven experience producing accessible web graphics and infographics
Strong portfolio demonstrating web design and visual communication expertise
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and web-optimized design practices
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred
