Responsibilities
Review and validate vendor invoices to ensure billing accuracy and contract compliance
Analyze vendor spend trends and operational metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities
Partner with Finance, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable to resolve billing discrepancies
Maintain and audit vendor portals to ensure data accuracy and compliance
Track and report performance metrics related to vendor spend and profitability
Support vendor audits and assist with implementation of cost optimization initiatives
Prepare data-driven insights and recommendations for leadership
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of experience in vendor management and data analysis
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel experience (pivot tables, lookups)
Ability to manage and interpret large datasets across multiple vendor platforms
Knowledge of invoice review, expense coding, and spend management practices
Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors
High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
