Grants Intern
The Ohio Office of Budget and Management (OBM) is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated student to join our team as a Grants Intern. This position offers hands-on experience in grants management and monitoring processes within state government, focusing on compliance and financial oversight.

Responsibilities
Assisting with subrecipient monitoring to ensure compliance with grant requirements
Supporting the Single Audit Review Centralization Project, helping streamline processes and improve efficiency
Analyzing complex financial data using tools such as Excel
Collaborating with team members on monitoring and grants-related tasks
Qualification
Required
Currently near completion of an undergraduate degree or enrolled in a graduate program (e.g., Master of Public Administration)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial accounting principles
Preferred
Preferred fields of study: Accounting or Public Administration (auditing coursework is helpful)
Prior experience with monitoring grants is a plus
