Business Development Representative (Dallas)

As a Business Development Representative, you will join the Commercial team to establish a new arm of the business by sourcing potential clients and building long-term relationships, all while working in a collaborative environment in Dallas.

Responsibilities
Present a high-level introduction of Mews to potential clients/prospects
Contact and source potential clients through cold calls and emails
Qualify leads from Website enquiries and marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Identify and qualify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Drive and organise meetings between (prospective) clients and the Sales team
Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) activity and results
Stay up-to-date with all new Mews products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Qualification
Required
Based in Dallas FW area and fluency in English
Previous experience within a similar SaaS BDR position
Previous Hospitality experience desirable
A desire to forge a career in Hospitality Tech Sales
Ability to work in a fast-paced company, both independently or as part of a team
Customer oriented with a mindset focused on being the voice of the customer internally
Highly motivated, structured and organized
Ability to take feedback, learn quickly and adapt to new situations
A driver of new ideas and suggestions in order to move the company forward
Outgoing, social, ready to communicate with employees, customers and partners across different countries and different organizational levels
A genuine interest in new technologies that bring innovation in hospitality
