Execution Coordination Lead (Hybrid)
RTX is seeking an Execution Coordination Lead to support the Digital Technology Digital Product Life Cycle and Advanced Technology organization. This role involves facilitating the efficient use of leadership time through operational coordination, executive support, and communication alignment.

Responsibilities
Support operational rhythms such as staff meetings, town halls, and tiered level meetings
Coordinate cross DPLC&AT tower activities, dependencies, and deliverables
Maintain dashboards, trackers, and status views
Track action items, milestones, and leadership commitments
Partner with executives to manage daily execution flow, priorities, and follow-ups
Prepare leaders for key meetings by coordinating agendas, materials, pre-reads, and action tracking
Capture decisions, commitments, and next steps to ensure accountability and closure
Support financial tracking as needed
Act as trusted execution of leadership to anticipate needs and remove friction
Prioritize and coordinate the various communications materials to ensure alignment to leadership intent
Coordinate staff calls and other related events to include documenting meeting outcomes and decisions, preparing meeting notes, and action tracking
Interface with stakeholders to drive responsiveness and resolve blockers
Manage complex calendars, meeting logistics, and scheduling
Coordinate travel, events, and leadership offsites
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Ability to access to ITAR and EAR controlled technical data
Ability to obtain a U.S. government issued security clearance
Experience supporting senior leadership at the Director level or above
Experience with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, scheduling and Teams
Must have the ability to organize and coordinate travel logistics, scheduling, meetings and multi-communication efforts
Ability to travel up to 33%

Time management and organizational skills with attention to detail and responsive to customer needs and priorities
Experience with internal and external senior leadership interactions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively across all levels of employees, as well as communicate to external partners
Comfort working with technical or digital organizations
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear actions and summaries
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Effective email and calendar management; managing complex schedules, understanding priorities, scheduling meetings, and resolving conflicts effectively and efficiently
Demonstrated embodiment of a positive mindset along with sense of urgency and ownership
A team player who is proactive, flexible, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment and able to work independent with minimal direction
Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing schedules or priorities, and respond as necessary to manage completion of tasks and projects
