Responsibilities

Respond to guest requests in a timely manner and provide great guest service

Perform preventative maintenance duties and procedures as needed

Lead a team of Building Maintenance Tech I and II to complete tasks as assigned by the Computerized Maintenance Management System (QUORE)

Perform a variety of tasks assigned by the Assistant General Manager and General Manager

Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting projects

Oversee all 3rd party outside contractors

Respond to emergency situations promptly

Always maintain a professional appearance

Complete other duties as assigned

Required

You have been currently working as a Building Maintenance Tech/Engineer for at least 2 years or at least 4-5 years of experience in a related field

You are currently managing at least one subordinate

You have proficient knowledge of hand tools and maintenance duties

You have time management capability to accomplish work within established parameters

You have a customer service focus and the ability anticipate guest needs

This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time

This position would require 10% travel
