United Community is a bank seeking an Executive Assistant II to provide dedicated support to their Market President. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and a deep understanding of banking operations, with responsibilities including managing the Market President’s calendar and handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the Market President’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications

Draft, edit, and respond to correspondence on behalf of the Market President

Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports

Maintain confidentiality in all communications and documentation

Order and manage office supplies and purchasing needs

Coordinate logistics for meetings and events

Screen and direct phone calls and visitors professionally

Assemble, verify, and maintain loan documentation for the Market President

Assist loan customers with document completion and ensure accuracy

Order appraisals, credit reports, and background/reference checks

Respond to inquiries regarding loan status and documentation

Required
