This role plays a critical part in ensuring quality standards and testing methodologies are consistently followed across IT initiatives, while collaborating closely with clients and project teams to improve testing effectiveness.

Responsibilities
Lead application testing efforts, including developing test plans, cases, scenarios, and matrices
Execute testing, document results, and analyze defects, test status, and quality metrics
Provide quality checks across IT functions to ensure adherence to standards and methodologies
Recommend improvements to testing practices and operational workflows
Facilitate and lead client meetings to identify, understand, and resolve technical issues
Support multiple clients, including onsite support as business needs require
Mentor and guide testing staff and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
IT experience developing test plans and/or test matrices
Strong analytical skills with experience creating and executing complex test cases
Deep understanding of data processing, application architecture, and debugging concepts
Ability to analyze functional connections between applications
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-influencing skills
Experience tracking and reporting QA metrics (defects, test results, test status)
