Responsibilities
Participate in an intensive training program lasting approximately six months, followed by a structured path toward a Plasma Center Manager role within 12 months
Lead and motivate diverse teams by providing coaching, performance feedback, and development support
Assist with staffing, recruiting, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
Support daily operations in a fast-paced environment, assist with management training, resolve operational challenges, and communicate effectively with senior leadership
Work toward advancement into an Operations or Plasma Center Manager role through training completion, networking, and cross-functional collaboration
Help create a positive, high-quality donor experience and support production activities as needed
Travel extensively across the country to learn the business and collaborate with teams nationwide, with the ability to return home every other weekend
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports)
Willingness and ability to travel up to 90–100% during the trainee program
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Valid driver's license for the duration of the program
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching
Ability to meet physical and safety requirements, including prolonged glove use due to regulated work environments
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Experience working in regulated environments (SOPs, GDP, GMP, CLIA, FDA)
Background in high-volume retail, healthcare, or similarly regulated operations
Strong communication, organizational, technical, and leadership skills
