Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary based on the rotation that an employee is in at any given time. Below is a description of the work an employee may do in each rotation:
Portfolio Holdings. Evaluate the quality of holdings data through the review of systematic reconciliations and integrity checks across portfolio holdings, transactions, corporate actions, cash balances, and good to sell files across our trading systems, middle-office records and client custodian records. This group supports critical inputs to our daily portfolio rebalancing process
Post Trade Monitoring. Monitor and evaluate failed trade reporting and proactively resolve escalated trade settlement matters. Compile data required and broker performance on a daily basis. This group also manages the corporate action election process coordinating across legal, portfolio management, client relationship management and our middle office
Portfolio Services. Support critical client portfolio oriented projects related to adding, redeeming or reinvesting capital. These events range from standard to highly complex. Furthermore, this group is also responsible for various investment initiatives such adding or changing certain FX counterparty, market settlement, and custody or prime broker settings, amongst other things
Qualification
Required
A college undergraduate senior who is graduating in Spring 2026 and seeking a full-time position
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented and very curious
Able to multi-task and work on a variety of assignments
Able to establish effective working relationships with other team members and other stakeholders, both internal and external to Arrowstreet
Committed to the quality of their work product and seeing assignments through to completion
Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
A strong interest in data analysis and working with large amounts of data
A strong interest in the asset management industry
Preferred
On track to complete an undergraduate program with a finance, economics, business, accounting, or mathematics focus is preferred. Expected degree completion in Spring 2026
Microsoft Excel skills preferred
Experience or interest in a programming language, preferably Python, is a plus
