Bookkeeper Office Manager

NOW CFO is representing a family-owned recycling and logistics company in Columbus, Ohio, in the search for a Bookkeeper / Office Manager. The role involves managing financial operations, supporting logistics, and overseeing office administration in a fast-paced environment.

Accounting

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain sales reports, purchase orders, and invoices
Manage accounts payable, including bill payments and loan tracking
Perform bank and account reconciliations
Compile and review balance sheet reports
Support payroll preparation, verification, and reporting
Track dumpsters, trucks, and loads
Schedule and plan truck driver routes and daily logistics
Oversee driver coordination and operational scheduling
Handle filing, copying, and general administrative duties
Maintain office organization, cleanliness, and supply ordering
Support internal tracking processes and documentation
