The role involves representing clients in various employment litigation matters, conducting workplace investigations, and drafting legal documents.

Responsibilities

Work on employment litigation matters of various sizes including individual, class, wage & hour, and PAGA litigation

Extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel

Assist with workplace investigations

Take and defend depositions

Draft pleadings and motions, including dispositive motions

Draft and respond to discovery and correspondence

Qualification

Required

Must be admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar

3+ years of experience in employment litigation required

Possess strong analytical skills, excellent oral, and written communication skills
