Learn existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Support process engineering activities, including workflow design, layout planning, and efficiency improvements
Perform hands-on mechanical troubleshooting
Collaborate with Production and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High level of mechanical skill is required
Understanding of CAD/SolidWorks
PLC knowledge or experience
Familiarity with data analysis tools
High level of mechanical skill required
Potential for deep mechanical involvement (hands-on, rebuilds, alignments, testing)
Preferred
2–5 years of relevant experience is preferred
Strong hands-on aptitude with the ability to be hands-on and trainable
