Qualification
Required
Proven record of success leading recruitment teams within an agency or hospitality-focused recruitment environment
Expertise in full-desk recruitment, from talent sourcing to client acquisition and retention
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance goals through strategic planning and team collaboration
Exceptional leadership abilities with experience inspiring diverse teams and driving measurable success
Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, build strong partnerships, and deliver results
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities across multiple team members, clients, and initiatives
