Automotive Finance or Sales Manager
HoneyCar Roanoke is growing and looking to add a driven F&I Manager or Sales Manager to our team. The role involves presenting financing options, collaborating with lenders, and leading a high-performing sales team to enhance customer experiences in a tech-forward dealership.

Present financing options clearly and confidently to customers
Collaborate with lenders to secure optimal terms
Ensure compliance and accuracy in all financial documentation
Offer extended warranties, insurance, and service contracts
Drive monthly finance and insurance performance goals
Lead and coach a high-performing sales team
Manage inventory, pricing, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless buying experience
Set and exceed sales goals through strategy and accountability
Qualification
Required
Experience in automotive finance
Strong understanding of lending processes and compliance
Excellent communication and customer service skills
2+ years in automotive sales or finance management
Proven leadership and coaching abilities
Tech-savvy with CRM and desking tools
High-energy, customer-focused, and results-driven
Dealership F&I: 1 year (Required)
