Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

Lead requirements elicitation through interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions
Document current-state and future-state workflows, process maps, and user journeys
Develop functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
Quantify operational value, efficiency gains, and readiness impacts of AI initiatives
Support AI governance framework development and AI readiness assessments
Translate technical concepts into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders
Produce executive- and board-ready documentation and presentations
Collaborate closely with IT, data, and product teams to ensure alignment and feasibility

Required

5+ years of senior-level business analysis experience
Strong background in requirements development and stakeholder facilitation

Comfort operating in ambiguity and evolving initiatives

Preferred

AI, data governance, or digital transformation initiatives
Education, government, or highly regulated environments
CBAP or PMI-PBA certification
