Assist with cost estimating, quantity takeoffs, and bid preparation for multifamily construction projects

Support budget development, feasibility studies, and early project planning

Coordinate with Preconstruction Managers, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders

Help manage the bidding and subcontractor evaluation process

Support the handoff from preconstruction to construction, ensuring projects are set up for success

Apply construction knowledge and best practices to support accurate, thoughtful decision-making
