Instructional Systems Designer
Linchpin Solutions, Inc. is a dynamic company seeking an experienced Instructional Systems Designer to support the Joint Tactical Operations Interface Training Program. The role involves curriculum development, course instruction, and managing training programs for operational forces to effectively utilize JTO Interface Systems.

Responsibilities
Develop curriculum, conduct instruction, and maintain JID courses
Design and develop IMI Level 2 and 3 using Articulate Storyline, compliant with SCORM and 508 requirements
Integrate and operate courses within a Moodle or LMS environment
Represent JID at joint and combined interoperability working groups
Provide course planning and administration, which includes development and maintenance of schedules, scheduling hands-on field training, student briefs, handouts and administrative documents, and student notification processes
Develop, instruct, revise, and maintain JID course materials
Perform curriculum reviews, courseware development, and multimedia enhancements, especially in an electronic classroom

Qualification
Required
Active DoD Secret Clearance
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education
5 years relevant experience
Experience with all aspects of the ADDIE process
Experience with Moodle and LMS Operations
Experience with Microsoft Office
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both collaboratively and individually
Critical Thinking Skills
Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed
