Manage new service inquiries from Customer Service via notifications, emails, or exception cases
Research and analyze customer notifications regarding water/wastewater service availability
Communicate with internal/external partners via phone and email
Analyze and resolve Business Process Exception cases (e.g., meter reading or master data errors)
Qualification
Required
2+ year CS exp
HS Diploma/GED required
Strong communication and customer service experience (2+ years)
Root cause analysis and math skills for account research
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
SAP exp highly preferred
degree preferred
SAP experience preferred
