Responsibilities
Analyze blockchain data to identify trends in wallet behavior, flows, exchange activity, and protocol usage
Monitor on-chain indicators across major networks and DeFi ecosystems
Interpret raw on-chain data into clear, actionable insights
Produce structured reports, dashboards, and written summaries explaining on-chain activity
Translate complex blockchain data into insights understandable by non-technical stakeholders
Support internal research notes and client-facing materials with on-chain evidence
Track shifts in on-chain activity related to market structure, liquidity, and risk
Identify emerging patterns, anomalies, or signals relevant to digital asset markets
Stay current on changes in blockchain infrastructure, analytics tooling, and data methodologies
Work closely with research and advisory teams to support broader digital asset engagements
Provide on-chain context for strategic, financial, or market discussions
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience analyzing blockchain and on-chain data
Experience using on-chain analytics tools such as Nansen, Dune, Arkham, Glassnode, or similar
Strong ability to interpret wallet activity, flows, and protocol-level data
Experience producing written research, reports, or analytical summaries
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred
Experience analyzing exchange flows, DeFi protocols, or large wallet activity
Familiarity with multiple blockchain ecosystems
Experience contributing to published research or internal intelligence products
