Recruitment Manager

The Recruitment Manager will lead a team, driving productivity and achieving targets while ensuring high levels of customer service for candidates and clients.
Responsibilities
Lead the business development strategy for your team, which will include market mapping and ensuring that consultants are covering their assigned territories
Develop relationships with existing and new hiring managers to win business for both yourself and team members
Actively cross sell other brands when interacting with customers
Where appropriate attend client meetings and relevant industry events
Regularly connect with Managers and Team Leaders of other brands in order to increase customer base
Engaging with Client Management in order to maximize the opportunity with each client
Develop and mandate robust team processes to deliver excellent customer service to our candidates
Ensure all the team identify new high demand candidates through a variety of means including advertising, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
Ensure the team conducts aftercare with all placed candidates
Take ownership and responsibility for high-value clients
Provide high-level market knowledge to clients across various industries
Ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly through regular contact with your team
Negotiate the best Terms of Business for all of your team’s jobs
Conduct aftercare calls post placement for the whole team
Assist team members where necessary with any client and job management challenges
Lead from the front regarding the utilization of our database, Phoenix, and ensure data integrity across the team
Ensure all marketing and advertising generated both personally and by the team adhere to TRG compliance standards
Take immediate action on any negative customer service feedback
Consistently demonstrate best practice recruitment and leadership behaviors in line with TRG expectations
Recruit and induct new starters following TRG guidelines
Train, coach, and mentor team members at all levels according to need to ensure they have the recruitment skills necessary to ensure they hit and exceed their activity targets
Create and promote a customer centric, results focused, collaborative team culture
Review, analyze, and target team member activity using the relevant MBR documents
Set and review individual and team activity targets for client and candidate generation, CV sends, interviews and deals using the CRM system
Pledge and re-pledge deals accurately for all teams
Maintain a constant review of teams fee performances against monthly and yearly budget
Qualification
Required
Experience in full desk (360) IT recruitment
Ability to lead and manage a team of recruitment consultants
Proven track record of achieving sales-based results
Strong business development skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers
Experience in candidate management and aftercare
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to utilize recruitment databases effectively
Experience in training, coaching, and mentoring team members
Ability to set and review activity targets using a CRM system
Independent legal authorization to live and work in the U.S
