Intern, Strategy, Learning and Evaluation - Strategy
The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation is a grantmaking organization focused on helping people living in poverty and experiencing disadvantage worldwide. The Strategy, Learning, and Evaluation Intern will support strategy development and communications for various program initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in research, financial analysis, and strategic grantmaking.

Responsibilities
Analyzing impact measurements and definitions across initiatives for fidelity and effectiveness
Supporting the design and facilitation of strategy development meetings
Building templates for internal reporting and communications around strategy
Supporting the preparation of Board presentation materials and talking points
Supporting operational process improvement to support strategic planning and implementation
Researching opportunities for strengthening impact in our program areas at varying geographic scales
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a graduate program
High level of proficiency in MS Word
MS Excel
MS Outlook
MS PowerPoint
Ability to work on-site at least three days each week (MTW) according to the hybrid schedule policy
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
