Responsibilities

Create, validate, and track purchase orders and requisitions across ERP/P2P systems to ensure timely fulfillment and accurate records

Coordinate vendor onboarding, maintain vendor files, and manage routine vendor communications to resolve inquiries and expedite deliveries

Support invoice matching and procurement-to-pay workflows; liaise with Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments

Assist in contract administration tasks: maintain contract logs, monitor renewal dates, and track compliance with contractual terms

Maintain procurement documentation, audit trails, and spend records to support audits and internal controls

Collaborate with program and operations stakeholders to source routine goods and services, escalate complex requirements, and implement cost-effective purchasing solutions
