Sr. Product Manager

Responsibilities
Execute the multi‑year Clearing platform strategy that aligns product outcomes to business goals: client experience, compliance, revenue enablement, operational excellence, and reduction of technical debt
Work closely with regional product teams to map capability gaps and opportunities into an executable strategy that balances client impact, regulatory timing, and engineering capacity
Manage the Clearing portfolio by defining prioritization criteria and scoring initiatives that enable short and long term platform strategy
Own end‑to‑end execution and delivery for Clearing & Settlement changes including requirements, design decisions, testing/activation planning, and install readiness
Utilize deep knowledge of payment processing to drive business concepts toward a clearing platform solution approach
Maintain close partnerships with clients to understand how new functionalities can meet their needs and preferences
Qualification
Required
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
Experience leading cross functional processes within large, global, matrixed organizations
Understanding of product lifecycle management and product portfolio governance
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including structured writing, presentation development, and cross functional alignment
Ability to influence without authority and build trust among regional and global stakeholders
Knowledge of consumer payments, digital wallets, cards, or other financial services products is a plus
