Responsibilities

Managing the MVS project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and ensuring interconnectivity with other ongoing F-35 Release, NBF Development Project, and Functional team schedules

Scheduling and coordinating IMS and schedule reviews with senior leadership

Coordinating and leading updates to existing process documentation and command media

Managing and coordinating risk, issues, and opportunities for the MVS Project in ROADS in accordance with established ROMP

Assisting the Modeling Solution Train (MST) Solution Integrator with agile ceremony planning and coordination, action items, and high level backlog task tracking, metrics gathering and reporting, etc. as needed

Assisting other members of the MST with different process improvements initiatives as needed

Required

Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (Systems, Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, etc.) Physics, Data Science, Data Analysis, or Mathematics

Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance to perform job duties

Schedule and project management experience

Presentation development

Experience collaborating with cross functional teams

Preferred

Ability to collaborate and integrate high performance multi-functional teams

Good verbal & written communication skills to different levels of the organization including external customers, and the ability to create presentation material for recurring meetings

Risk and Opportunity Management

Detail orientated, flexible, and adaptable

Working knowledge of Microsoft products

Self-starter who identifies problems, determines and acts on courses of action, and escalates to leadership when help, direction or approval needed

Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships

Experience with MS Project, OpenPlan, or other Scheduling Tool

Experience with Risk, Issue, and Opportunity Management

Experience with Backlog Creation & Kanban Board Management

Experience with F-35 Platform
