Kinetic Design + Development is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will lead high-volume corporate architectural projects from concept through completion while serving as the primary client liaison and guiding multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage high-volume corporate architectural projects from concept through completion

Serve as the primary client liaison and trusted advisor

Collaborate closely with the Principal or Studio Leader to drive project success

Mentor, coach, and guide Design Coordinators, Project Assistants, and production staff

Oversee design concepts, plans, and proposals to ensure alignment with client goals and Kinetic standards

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams including interiors and development services

Monitor and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources

Perform quality control reviews and provide detailed redlines prior to committee review

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices

Solve project challenges independently with minimal supervision

Participate in creative ideation and oversee production of drawings and specifications

Handle administrative responsibilities including timesheets and resource planning

Stay current on industry trends, technology, and best practices through continued education

Required

Professional degree from a NAAB-accredited university

Active architectural license

8 to 10 plus years of professional experience

Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills

Deep understanding of architectural design, construction methods, and feasibility

Expertise in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines and adapt to evolving processes
