Intern, Strategy, Learning and Evaluation - Program Related Investments
The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation is a grantmaking organization established to help people living in poverty and experiencing disadvantage worldwide. They are seeking an intern for their Strategy, Learning, and Evaluation team to support strategy and impact analysis for Program Related Investments, while gaining insights into the philanthropic sector and enhancing professional skills.

Responsibilities
Support strategy, impact analysis, and reporting for Program Related Investments at the Foundation
Lead design of internal reporting and communication templates for the PRI portfolio
Lead identification of recommendations for strengthening the assessment of risk and impact of PRI investments, including further alignment with other metrics such as SDGs or IRIS
Support the design and facilitation of learning opportunities for staff through live and asynchronous methods
Support landscape scans to identify investment opportunities in areas of priority interest for the communities we support
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a graduate program
High level of proficiency in MS Word
MS Excel
MS Outlook
MS PowerPoint
Ability to work on-site at least three days each week (MTW) according to the hybrid schedule policy
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
