Responsibilities
Own programming on the floor with Mastercam
Set up and operate mills; assist with lathes and other machines when needed
Perform first-article inspections and maintain quality throughout production
Troubleshoot programs, tooling, and machine issues
Qualification
Required
Setup and operation experience on 3-axis mills (5-axis and/or live tooling exposure is a plus)
Mastercam programming proficiency at the machine
Fluency with calipers, indicators, and similar inspection tools
Blueprint reading with strong comprehension of GD&T
Curiosity and drive to keep learning
Preferred
5-axis and/or live tooling exposure
