Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company is seeking a Hybrid-Customer Service Representative for a contract opportunity. The role involves handling account inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience while working in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities
Handling account inquiries including billing and/or order issues, website navigation, order entry, resolution of complaints, while doing so in a manner that reduces customer effort and promotes positive customer experience
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two (2) plus years' customer service/call center experience
Must be able to work within several software applications including Microsoft, call center, and custom programs
Hybrid: 3 days in office; 2 days remote (6 weeks of training 100% in office)
Hours: Ability to work between the hours of 8am – 6pm; Monday - Friday
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a close team environment
Ability to learn and comprehend abstract, complex, and technical information
Preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred
Salesforce/SAP is a plus
Animal/Veterinary experience is a plus
