Responsibilities

Apply daily payments (ACH, wire, checks, lockbox, credit cards) accurately and on time

Reconcile cash receipts and research and clear unapplied/misapplied cash, short pays, overpayments, and unidentified receipts

Prepare monthly AR reports and create journal entries

Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards
