They are looking for Project Engineers to join their Arizona Division, responsible for general contract administration, construction scheduling, procurement, and project coordination.

Responsibilities
General Contract and Subcontract administration
Construction scheduling
Procurement and expediting of material and equipment
Mechanical, electrical and piping systems coordination
Project cost review, reporting, updating, and accounting
Review of subcontractor applications for payment
Participation in project meetings
Supervision/coordination of subcontractors field installations
Review/negotiate change proposal pricing from subcontractors and prepare change proposals for self-performed work
Research and suggest options on construction means, methods and equipment
Develop and maintain effective relationships with owners, vendors, subcontractors
Any and all other duties assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor degree in Construction Management or related Program required
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
Effective Communication Skills both oral and written, and quick response time to inquiries
Passing a pre-employment background check and drug screen is required
Preferred
Prior construction field experience
