They are seeking an Expense Report Admin to assist business analysts with accounts payable and expense report auditing tasks, including preparing invoices, obtaining approvals, and supporting the sales team with invoice-related inquiries.

Preparing invoices to be sent into our accounts payable system
Obtaining approvals for invoice payment
Working with vendors to obtain proper documentation to establish their vendor accounts in our system
Supporting our sales team by addressing questions and concerns regarding invoices and expense reporting
Filing paid invoices
Qualification
Required
Experience: 0-3 Years
Bachelor's Degree
Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment to meet deadlines
Needs to be highly organized
Basic experience working in Excel, Adobe, and Outlook
Preferred
SAP experience preferred
