Responsibilities

Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, evaluates alternatives including cost and risk, supportability and analyses for total systems

Makes minor changes in systems and processes to solve problems

Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal

Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints

Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications

Required

Completed or working toward a bachelor's degree within electrical or mechanical engineering, or a bio medical related degree

An independent person who wants to grow and learn on the job

Hands-on experience and comfortable navigating the unknown

Preferred

1-2 years of working experience within a related role

Database logging and tracking

Experience reading schematics and troubleshooting electronic circuits

Solid technical ability, equipment setup, and troubleshooting skills

Experience following and developing procedures for preventative maintenance

Medical Device industry experience or knowledge
