Responsibilities

Maintain routine operational reporting and dashboards for the STD & Absence Organization
Support analysis and on turnaround times, customer experience, and service-level performance
Distribute performance scorecards and reporting packages for leadership and operational teams to monitor results
Collaborate with internal and external partners

Required

Proficient reporting skills – ability to maintain and support reports through tools like Excel and Tableau
Experience with operational metrics and performance analysis
Ability to translate data – can identify trends and presenting findings business partners
Basic knowledge of the claim adjudication process within the Group Protection business

Preferred

Experience with SystemOne, DocsNet, and LAMs
Knowledge of automation or advanced data visualization techniques to enhance reporting process and insights
Continuous improvement mindset – ability to identify reporting gaps and recommend efficiency improvements
