Customer Support Specialist
Terra West Management Services is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to enhance the Owners' experience from the time of purchase through the lifecycle of ownership. The role involves educating Owners about their products, assisting with resort availability, and addressing payment issues while maintaining a professional environment.

Responsibilities
Support all departments with any Owner related products, availability, or payment issues
Maintain expert knowledge about company product and services to best engage and help Owners
Educating Owners on the product(s) they own, the benefits of the product(s), and how to best take advantage of their product(s) in an effort to maximize their ownership experience
Provide introductory and ongoing information for customers through lifecycle of ownership
Maintain tracking of demand and successful/unsuccessful fulfillment of demand
Determine the quickest and most effective ways to answer Owners questions
Handle ongoing payments for customers products
Field inbound and handle outbound calls to customers
Meet all deadlines, as set by management
Maintain and enforce a professional environment
Maintain a flexible schedule
Must meet needs and priorities of specific job duties to support other departmental needs
Perform all other job requests as assigned by management
Maintain and protect customer personal information by keeping information confidential
Qualification
Required
Strong sales skills
Strong customer service skills
Read and write English fluently
Dependable and motivated team player
Must be able to have a flexible work schedule
Will collect mortgage and maintenance fees along with personal information
High attention to detail
Preferred
Microsoft Office experience preferred
