Responsibilities
Lead and support product improvement projects using engineering best practices
Design and maintain mechanical systems and components, with emphasis on stamping, fabrications, and non-metallic materials
Apply GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure design robustness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and implement engineering changes
Use Creo for detailed modeling and Teamcenter for product lifecycle management
Support project priorities with analytical solutions and Six Sigma methodologies
Occasional travel (up to 25%) to support engineering functions
Engage in meaningful engineering work on heavy equipment products
Influence design quality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Work onsite with a collaborative technical team on first shift
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology
6+ years of professional experience with Creo, Teamcenter, and GD&T
Strong background in stamping and fabrication design
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Six Sigma experience with a focus on quality and process improvement
Excellent teamwork and project management capabilities
